Ending Credits Theme From FX’s Louie

Senior investment banker Naomi Bishop is threatened by a financial scandal and must untangle a web of corruption.

Easily my favorite moment from the show. Definitely a different tone from the rest of the show, and it's heartwarming ending is a nice feel, even if it's only for the few minutes. I do not own Louie, it is the property of FX Networks and Louis C.K., please support the official release.
